Terms for using Kaladesi.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kaladesi.com and the information, job listings, contact methods, and recruiting-related features available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Last updated: July 23, 2026.

About Kaladesi

Kaladesi provides recruiting and placement support for ServiceNow roles, including full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire searches. The Site is intended for candidates, prospective candidates, employers, hiring teams, and other business visitors.

Recruiting relationships and written agreements

Using the Site, sending an email, submitting information, booking a call, or applying to a role does not create an employment, agency, representation, partnership, fiduciary, or client relationship with Kaladesi. Kaladesi is not obligated to represent a candidate, submit a candidate, accept a search, or provide services in response to an inquiry.

Recruiting services for an employer begin only under a separate written agreement accepted by Kaladesi and the employer. If these Terms conflict with a signed client or services agreement, that agreement controls for the services it covers.

Candidate information and submissions

Kaladesi will not send a candidate’s resume, identity, or identifiable profile to a company without the candidate’s approval for that specific opportunity. An application or introduction through the Site gives Kaladesi permission to review the information and contact the candidate about relevant recruiting activity; it does not authorize submission to an employer.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that resumes, profiles, work history, credentials, work-authorization statements, compensation expectations, and other information they provide are accurate and not misleading. Please do not provide sensitive information that is not reasonably needed for recruiting, such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank details, medical records, or immigration documents.

Employer and visitor information

Employers and other visitors are responsible for the accuracy of the role, company, compensation, location, work arrangement, timing, and other information they provide. You may submit information about another person only when you have the authority and lawful basis to do so.

No guarantee of employment or placement

Job listings and recruiting information are provided for general informational purposes and may be changed, paused, filled, or withdrawn without notice. A listing is not an offer of employment. Kaladesi does not guarantee an interview, candidate submission, job offer, hire, placement, start date, employment duration, candidate performance, or search outcome.

Candidates and employers make their own independent decisions and remain responsible for appropriate interviews, reference checks, background checks, credential verification, legal compliance, and other diligence. Kaladesi does not provide legal, tax, immigration, compensation, or financial advice through the Site.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful recruiting, employment, professional, and business purposes. You may not:

Site content and intellectual property

The Site and its original text, design, graphics, branding, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Kaladesi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Kaladesi grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to view and use the Site for its intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

ServiceNow and other trademarks

ServiceNow and related names, product names, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. or its affiliates. They are used on this Site only to identify the platform and relevant areas of professional experience. Kaladesi is an independent recruiting practice and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ServiceNow, Inc. unless expressly stated in writing. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or use third-party services for job listings, applications, scheduling, email, analytics, professional networking, maps, or other functions. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Kaladesi does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or security. A link does not imply endorsement.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how Kaladesi collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. By contacting Kaladesi, you authorize us to respond through the contact information you provide and to communicate about the inquiry, search, application, or recruiting opportunity. You may ask us to stop contacting you about future opportunities at any time. Email and internet communications are not guaranteed to be secure.

Text messaging terms

If you affirmatively opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Kaladesi, messages may include recruiting inquiries, job opportunities, application or interview updates, search coordination, and other business communications you request or that relate to your relationship with Kaladesi. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Website availability and disclaimers

Kaladesi aims to keep the Site useful and accurate but does not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This paragraph does not change warranties or obligations expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaladesi and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on Site content, or third-party services. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or to obligations governed by a separate signed agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a dispute arising solely from the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

Kaladesi may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

General terms

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing use of the Site, subject to any separate written agreement that applies to specific recruiting or placement services.
