Who we are

Information we collect

Candidate information: name, contact details, LinkedIn URL, current title and company, location, ServiceNow experience and focus areas, work and engagement preferences, compensation or rate expectations, availability, resume and application materials, and communications with us.
Employer and client information: business contact details, company name, hiring needs, role requirements, timing, compensation context, and search-related communications.
Website and analytics information: pages viewed, referring page, device and browser details, approximate location from IP address, and site interactions.
Information from public or professional sources: referrals, job boards, applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, or professional networks when relevant to recruiting activity.

Please do not use the website or email to send sensitive personal information that a recruiting conversation does not need, such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank details, medical information, or immigration documents.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, provide recruiting services, evaluate candidate and role fit, communicate about opportunities, coordinate interviews and submissions, support client searches, improve the site, monitor security, and meet legal, contractual, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

AI and automation

Kaladesi does not use AI to make hiring, placement, representation, submission, or qualification decisions. Recruiting judgment stays with humans. We may use AI-enabled tools for administrative work: transcribing notes, summarizing conversations, extracting information from resumes, and organizing information for human review.

Mobile messaging and opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All information-sharing categories described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Kaladesi does not sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. Service providers that support message delivery may process mobile information solely as needed to provide that service and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Candidate data and approval

Kaladesi will not send your resume, identity, or candidate profile to a company without your approval for that specific opportunity. Before a submission we aim to give you the company, role, compensation or rate range where available, location or remote expectations, interview process, and why the opportunity may fit. We may discuss anonymized profiles with a client, but we do not identify you without your approval.

How we share information

With service providers that help us operate: recruiting and applicant-management systems, email and calendar (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), AI-enabled productivity tools, website hosting, and analytics providers.
With clients or prospective employers, after your approval for a specific opportunity.
With professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance).
When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.
In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell candidate resumes or profiles.

The sharing described in this section does not include mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent for any third party’s or affiliate’s marketing or promotional use.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use analytics and visitor-identification tools (such as Google Analytics and Apollo) to understand how visitors use the website. These tools may use cookies and collect usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, and device details. If your browser limits cookies, these tools may not function fully.

Retention and your choices
